Please be aware: the state of CT requires a certificate for every student who uses one of our vehicles for their test. The certificate states in part: 

Additionally, to be able to use our car for your test the state requires us to provide a certificate that states that you have: "attained proficiency in the operation of a motor vehicle, and considered a safe and capable driver by this school in accordance with the provisions of Section 14-78-36 of the Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies.

So, a student needs to be ready to pass their test prior to taking the required 2-hours of lesson time. The purpose of these 2-hours is to familiarize the test-taker with the type of vehicle they will be using for the test. Of course, we will be happy to provide some tips and helpful information, but the test-taker must be ready to test!

There's a $35.00 rescheduling fee if you ask us to change your testing date

To satisfy state law, you must:

• do a 2-hour driving lesson in our car. Lesson done prior to test day.
• You are responsible to get to the test, and return home
• attained proficiency in the operation of a motor vehicle, and considered a safe and capable driver by this school in accordance with the provisions of Section 14-78-36 of the Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies.
• You are responsible for any scheduling errors or mistakes
